Cancellation Policy
New Clients💕
Deposit is non-refundable. If you reschedule, your deposit rolls over to your next appointment. Same day no shows and cancellations (24hr notice) get charged an additional 25% of services booked.
Returning Clients💕
No deposit is required to book future appointments. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment and no-shows will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s).
